It was only last year that PLDT and Roku formed a partnership. We now get to see the first of the many fruits of their labor. PLDT Home finally launched Asia’s FIRST Roku Powered TVolution!
In a recent event at the Shangri-La at the Fort, PLDT Home launched the new device alongside various other services such as the Whole Home WiFi Plan and the V-Fibr Plan. Enough about those services for now since I’m focused on what PLDT and Roku brings to the table.
What is the Roku Powered TVolution?
In case you haven’t heard, Roku makes some of the most robust video streaming devices in the world! In fact, they made one of the first devices in the Roku Streaming Player back in 2008!
With that in mind, the Roku Powered TVolution takes the power and expertise of Roku with the quality content that PLDT Home provides. It offers easy access to three of the most popular video services in the world:
- Netflix, with its wide selection of blockbuster movies and exclusive original content
